Daybreak Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. The Operator reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any tour. Fares paid in advance will be refunded if the Company cancel the tour.
  2. Seat belts are fitted to all of our coaches and should be worn in accordance with the law.
  3. All seats are to be paid for in advance. For customers cancelling seats any refunds offered by the company are entirely discretionary and refunds will not be given for seats cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
  4. Concessionary fares are available on most trips. OAP refers to passengers over 60 years of age. Student concession is available to anyone holding a student union card unless otherwise stated. Child fares apply to children from 4 to 16 inclusive unless otherwise stated. Under 4’s travel free unless they occupy a seat in which case the child fare will apply.
  5. The company will not be held responsible for any persons being left at a resort etc. due to not boarding the coach at the appropriate time stated by the driver.
  6. The arrival time stated in the brochure is an approximate time. The company does its best to allow adequate travelling time but cannot be held responsible for late arrivals at the destination. Whilst the company aims to provide sufficient time at each destination to allow customers to comfortably experience what is to offer, some destinations, such as theme parks, offer more than can be seen in a single visit.
  7. Please note we can not accept any discount vouchers, newspaper promotion vouchers, buy one get one free, or any other special offer tickets, other than Dudley’s own vouchers as payment for our Daybreaks. If you wish to take advantage of these offers you may purchase a coach only ticket and redeem your voucher at the venue in question.
